Family Feeding Family

There are particular foods that we need for each of the 1,200 families we are serving each month and some of those foods are listed below:

  • 800 Cans of fruit
  • 800 Cans of Beans
  • 800 Boxes of Cereal
  • 800 Cans of meat
  • 800 Cans of Soup
  • 800 Cans of non frozen juice concentrate

We are asking all Faith Communities, Civic Organizations and Corporations to make a commitment to provide all or a portion of the 4,800 items listed above through our new program called FAMILY FEEDING FAMILY. Please review the enclosed form and decide if you can help feed families on the shoreline. Print and mail this form to Patty Dowling at PO Box 804 Essex CT 06426 or drop it off care of Patty Dowling to the Old Saybrook Congregational Church and we will call to confirm all the details and your schedule of deliveries to The Shoreline Soup Kitchens & Pantries over the next twelve months.

Family Feeding Family a program of The Shoreline Soup Kitchens & Pantries

Yes, we will help to feed families in need in our community by committing to provide a donation of the one specific food product listed below to The Shoreline Soup Kitchens & Pantries every month for one (1) full year.

Organization Name

Street address

City State Zip

Contact Person                                                                     Phone

Alternate Contact Person                                                    Phone

Email___________________________________________________________________

Become known as the “Baked Bean Church” or tell people that your company is a “Macaroni Sponsor” for The Shoreline Soup Kitchens & Pantries!

We thought that many groups would like to commit to one (1) specific product so they could let the group know that this year we will be asking for only that one certain product for the entire year. An example would be that a church or synagogue would become known in their congregation as the “Cereal Church” or “Soup Temple” or the “Fruit Rotary Club”.

Please write in the amount of jars or cans below that you and your organization feel you can commit to each month for next year.
