Households may receive groceries for three meals for three days once a week at
one of our grocery distribution sites:
Clinton, Old Saybrook, Old Lyme,
or Westbrook. Fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables
are supplemented with canned goods, nonperishable products, and other food
items.
Heat-n-eat meals are also
available at the 4 distribution sites. These are meals that are already
prepared, packaged, and frozen. Most of these meals have been donated by
local restaurants, either on an ongoing, weekly basis or in the event that they
have extra food not sold to the public. All meals are fresh when our
volunteers first receive them for packaging.
On your first visit to one of our grocery distribution sites, you will be asked
to complete a short registration form. The Pantry Manager keeps all
personal information on this form confidential. All groceries and heat-n-eat meals
are provided free of charge, and you will have the option of choosing items your
family prefers.
Join us. You are not alone.
